I got this figure back in the early 2000s from a buddy who was dumping all of his Hero Quest figs. I instantly hated it, so monopose and goofy with the sword-and-sorcery tights (skin I guess?) and giant He-Man skull... but then as decades passed I came to really appreciate the simplicity and simplistic design quality of the thing, and so yeah, decided to paint it up. Happy with how it turned out, I definitely like it a lot more than the modern figures with their spindly realistic proportions!
