This concept is so completely stolen from Mad Max it is hard to handle! Pistol and ball and chain weapons are classic post-apocalypse type deals. The pose is a reflection of the old style of miniatures design though, unfortuntely. But in this case it is believable though, as she looks like she is scowling across a line at someone she is about to bring the paint down on!
