This Basilean Gur Panther was the first Armada ship I painted and also the first miniature that I painted using *almost* purely contrast paints.... and I absolutely disliked it so, so much. The contrast paints just looked so muddy, like a coffee stain on the miniature. Never again... at least until I figure out how to paint decently with them... maybe just as shading...?
