The Basilean Gunbrig here was the second Armada ship I painted, and like the first, I used contrast paints and I absolutely disliked it... To me everything just looks so sloppy... It looks like a watered down, poor-coverage paint... not like a shaded and highlighted paint scheme... I ended up using layering on the green in the end.
